This blog is about moving towards better physical, spiritual and mental health. I began this journey in 2007 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. This was followed by a second breast tumor in a different site in 2008 then a diagnosis of follicular lymphoma that same year.
The blog reflects, in stark honesty (warts and all), the journey that I have had since then which has been the bucking bronco ride of my life. I thank God for all that he has taken me through, and for the fact that I am a radically different person now. Moreover, big thanks to God for his healing grace. The breast cancer is gone, and the lymphoma is on the run. By His stripes I am healed and all of my sins, diseases and infirmities are dead on the cross. I am learning to grow into those facts.
The blog is a hodgepodge of my healing discoveries along the way, mixed in with some attempts to write children’s stories plus some journal type entries. I am trying to sort it and make it easier to navigate. Bear with me, please.
